My path

I was born in Spain and have lived in Quebec since 1994. After working in marketing and business for 30 years in Europe and Canada, my life was shaken by a family event. I then embarked on a process of self-understanding and transformation that helped me accept and love myself as I am, and thus create a life that reflects who I am and is in harmony with my personal and professional values.
The Creative Non-Directive Approach (ANDCᵐᵈ), created by Colette Portelance, who holds a doctorate in Educational Sciences, is the foundation of my transformation. Driven by my innate values of helping and supporting others, this approach has inspired and encouraged me to accompany people who need to find more happiness and peace in their lives.

My philosophy
“The Creative Non-Directive Approach (CNDAᵐᵈ) is a professional, relational, and emotional method. It fosters self-development, self-respect, and self-confidence. It also enhances creativity, autonomy, and the freedom to be oneself, respecting the holistic functioning of human beings and the natural rhythm of their personal growth and self-creation.”
